Mrs. María Judith (Nani) Marchand-Sánchez will be a speaker in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM)
The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) has invited Mrs. Marchand-Sánchez to participate as a speaker in a presentation titled “Mediar o no Mediar…esa es la pregunta” to be held on April 30th, 2015 from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the central offices of SHRM Puerto Rico. Mrs. María Judith Marchand- Sánchez will discuss the following:
- Basic mediation concepts as an alternative method for conflict resolution
- She will provide examples of labor conflicts that have been solved via a mediation approach
- Pro’s and con’s of a mediation process vis a vis traditional litigation, while providing the practical skills to address conflicts in a non-punitive manner.
