Ignite: Leading Differentiation
Nani Marchand-Sánchez, Esq. has been invited as a Guest Speaker by The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) for their Ignite Leading Differentiation Annual Conference presentation titled El Cannabis Medicinal en el Empleo: Retos y Responsabilidades to be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 starting in the morning at the Hotel Sheraton, District Convention Center.
Nani will present a topic of great interest as part of the educational program. She will discuss which employees can use medical cannabis and what are the criteria established by law. In addition, the challenges for the employer considering the interplay of certain protective statutes (ADA, FMLA and unjust termination).
