Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico (CIAPR) has invited Lillian Mateo Santos, Esq. to participate as a speaker at their Environmental Module Expo presentation titled: Integrating Climate Change Threats in the Evaluation of Risk Exposure to PR’s Critical Infrastructure; to be held on May 12, 2017 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico in Hato Rey. The presentation is a collaboration with Carmen Figueroa Santiago, PE and Hanna Rodriguez-Morales, PE from Fernando L. Rodríguez PR & Associates.
