Our attorneys have been involved in the drafting and approval of bills that have enabled major and historic government reforms within certain departments of the executive branch of our local government, including permitting reforms, the Tax Incentives Act of 2008, and related Act 20 and Act 22 spin-offs, among others. More recently, we have advised clients on matters related to Puerto Rico finances, bonds and fiscal situation, and served as strategy consultants to insurers, bond-holders, lobbyists and financial analysts.
