Esq., Capital Member of the Labor and Employment Practice, was a speaker during the 4th Labor Symposium presentation by The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) titled: Patronos a la Vanguardia: Manejando el Cannabis Medicinal en el Empleo (Employers at Forefront: Managing Medicinal Cannabis at Work). During the conference Nani advised employers, to establish policies and protocols for the inclusion of the Medical Cannabis employee in the workplace.
