Ferraiuoli has extensive experience in administrative agency procedures including licensing, permits, opposition of fines or penalties among others in some of the following agencies: the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO, the Public Service Commission, the Permits Management Office (OGPe by its Spanish Acronym), the Planning Board, the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, the Environmental Quality Board, the Department of Health, the Department of Tourism, the Treasury Department, the Aqueducts and Sewer Authority, the Trademark Office of the Department of State, and in countless municipal agencies, and administrative bid boards.
